What is getting in the way of living a satisfying life, one with heart and meaning? There are many reasons that we come to therapy. It may be a new development or something very old, we may not even know what it is. We’re uncomfortable, sad, or anxious and we often judge ourselves quite harshly but we don’t know how to change it. I really enjoy helping my clients explore how to move through life’s challenges into a life worth living, how to turn challenges into strengths, and how to find some peace and ease and enjoyment in life.
